Shipping Policy

In most cases, the product will be delivered within 30 days of release.

Products are shipped directly from our manufacturers located in the United States, China, Sweden and Germany.

No matter what the product or quantity required, it can be delivered worldwide. All goods produced by fiveplus are insured to guarantee a full refund in case of loss.

We use the fastest method of transportation to work, but because it is delivered to users around the world, there must be a deadline. Only in this way can we provide high-quality products at a competitive price. Therefore, we ask you to pay attention to deadlines and only make purchases with your consent.

1) The deadline after the receipt is sent is 15 to 40 working days. The term may be more or less different, depending on the order process of the post office and IRS, weather conditions, strikes, etc. In November and December, the order flow is greater, so delivery times are longer.

a) After the deadline, customers can choose to wait or request a full refund. If the order arrives, you can keep the product for free after refunding the customer =). Check out our "Overall Satisfaction Program".

2) All purchases have a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer's email within an average of 3 to 7 working days, so you can track the order until it reaches your residence.

a) If two or more products are ordered, different tracking codes may be attached.

b) To publish an international code in the system, Correios takes 3 to 10 working days, so if your code does not work, please be patient and try again. If the problem persists, please contact us via email for all support.

3) We ask you to fill in the delivery address to ensure that you receive the product. Due to incorrect data provision, FivePlus is not responsible for any problems in delivery. Before confirming the purchase, the buyer must check the delivery address.

a) If the apartment’s porter and family members sign the receipt, a third party may receive your order.

b) After sending the product, the purchase cannot be cancelled. Check the conditions set out in our "Guaranteed Satisfaction Program" and our "Return and Exchange Policy".

4) The postal delivery is always carried out by the post office, but in some cases, due to the small number of recipients, areas with restricted delivery, etc., the post office may issue a notice requesting that the goods be picked up at the branch nearest to the address provided.

a) If Correios cannot be delivered, the product will be in the nearest branch where the customer can collect; if the customer does not pick it up, the product will be returned to the supplier within 7 (seven) consecutive days, and the store will not bear any responsibility .

b) In this case, if the shipment is to be re-shipped, the new delivery date will be valid and any costs will be borne by the customer.

c) The postal department is responsible for products damaged during transportation.

5) If the product is lost, you can choose to refund the paid or resend the product. We guarantee delivery or your refund!

a) The loss has been verified through the official communication of Correios. From there, customers can choose to refund the paid amount or choose a new product subject to the new terms.

6) Since it is an imported service, all goods are subject to bureaucratic or customs taxes. FivePlus is responsible for the possible costs (fees, fees and taxes) that the government may increase.

a) If there is tax, the customer has 72 hours to contact the company via email and send the documents corresponding to the tax to the post office.
